Unscheduled component changes in MDAX, SDAX and TecDAX

On 9 May, there will be an exchange in three indices: SUSS MicroTec joins the MDAX for EVOTEC, Kontron joins the TecDAX and SMA moves up to the SDAX. 

5 May 2023 FRANKFURT (Deutsche Börse). STOXX, the global index provider of Deutsche Börse, has announced unscheduled adjustments in the composition of the MDAX, SDAX and TecDAX indices:

• EVOTEC will leave MDAX and TecDAX as of May 9,
• will be replaced in the MDAX by SMA Solar Technology AG.
• SUSS MicroTec will join the SDAX in place of SMA Solar Technology.
• In the TecDAX Kontron moves up for EVOTEC.

The changes result from the violation of the basic criteria of timely publication of audited annual reports, 

These changes will become effective on 9 May 2023.
