SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES - Status of Negotiations for new Financing Commitment

Kahl am Main, December 13, 2023 - In the run-up to tomorrow's Annual General Meeting the company informs about the status of negotiations with a Chinese commercial bank regarding the granting of a new working capital credit line in the amount of € 10.0 million. The line is to be mainly guaranteed by the major shareholder of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES, the Triumph Science and Technology Group Co Ltd, China (CNBM/Triumph). The bank's final loan commitment is currently still outstanding. The company currently assumes that the loan commitment can be issued in the short term because the guarantee has already been provided by CNBM/Triumph.

If this new financing agreement is successfully concluded, the company would be sufficiently financed to continue its business as planned. If the planned new financing does not materialize, this could jeopardize the continued existence of the company.
