HausVorteil AG: Swedish investment platform plans to acquire up to 25% of HausVorteil shares

Germany, 27 January 2026 – Infinitas Capital AG announced today that parts of its portfolio have been transferred to a Swedish company. This newly established entity is currently in discussions with existing shareholders of HausVorteil AG (Ticker: KA1 | WKN: A31C22) regarding the acquisition of up to 25% of the company's outstanding shares.

In addition, the Swedish company intends to pursue a listing on NASDAQ in Sweden and plans to hold the shares in HausVorteil AG as a long-term investment.

In connection with the planned acquisition of the shares, a voluntary extension of the existing lock-up agreement by a further 12 months is also intended.
