Erste Group Bank AG hereby informs pursuant to section 135 para 1 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act (BörseG) that as of the end of the month of February 2024 the total number of voting rights in Erste Group Bank AG amounts to 420,912,908 and the company's share capital now amounts to EUR 841,825,816.

The change in the number of voting rights and the share capital resulting from the cancellation of a total of 8,887,092 own shares has been in effect since 24 February 2024.
