Announcement by the Management Board of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange according to Sect. 50a para. 3 of the German Stock Exchange Act

On 24 February 2026 the Disciplinary Committee of Frankfurt Stock Exchange imposed an administrative fine on H2APEX Group SCA due to a violation of Sect. 42 para. 1 German Stock Exchange Act in conjunction with Sect. 51 para. 1, 2 BörsO FWB. The violation refers to the annual financial report for 2024.

The decision is final and conclusive.
