Violation against follow-up inclusion obligations of Basic Board

Due to the late submission of the annual financial statements and the management report 2023 and 2024 as well as the half yearly financial statements and the interim management report 2024 Deutsche Börse AG demanded a contractual penalty from ERWE Immobilien AG, Frankfurt am Main, on 22 April 2026.
