On 24 February 2026 the Disciplinary Committee of Frankfurt Stock Exchange imposed an administrative fine on DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG due to a violation of Sect. 42 para. 1 German Stock Exchange Act in conjunction with Sect. 51 para. 1, 2 BörsO FWB and Sect. 42 para. 1 German Stock Exchange Act in conjunction with Sect. 53 para. 1, 2, 5 BörsO FWB. The violation concerns the annual financial report for 2023 and the quarterly statement for the first quarter of 2024.

The decision is final and conclusive.
