The regular insolvency proceedings of the issuer CR Energy AG, based in Kleinmachnow (GER), whose securities are listed on the open market (Basic Board), were opened on 1 September 2025 and entered in the commercial register on 23 September 2025.
Violation against follow-up inclusion obligations of Basic Board
Due to the late submission of the annual financial statements and the management report 2024 as well as the half yearly financial statements and the interim management report 2025 Deutsche Börse AG demanded a contractual penalty from CR Energy AG, Kleinmachnow, on May26, 2026.
