
thyssenkrupp's Hydrogen subsidiary thyssenkrupp nucera successfully went public on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange this morning.
7 July 2023. FRANKFURT (Börse Frankfurt). thyssenkrupp nucera AG & Co. KGaA <DE000NCA0001> is now listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The first price of the share was 20.20 euros after issue at 20 euros.
The IPO was accompanied by Citigroup and Deutsche Bank as joint global coordinators. Commerzbank, Société Générale and UniCredit Bank AG acted as Joint Bookrunners. Banco Santander, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and IMI - Intesa Sanpaolo acted as co-lead managers. Baader Bank AG acts as designated sponsor in Xetra trading and as specialist on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
thyssenkrupp nucera AG & Co. KGaA says it is active in the supply of energy with green hydrogen on an industrial scale. The company is headquartered in Dortmund and currently employs around 600 people.
