
The software specialist from Bulgaria has been dual-listed on the German stock exchange.
February 24, 2026. FRANKFURT (Deutsche Börse). As of today, Sirma Group Holding (ISIN: BG1100032140) is listed in the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The company is already listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE), where it has been included in the EuroBridge segment. This trading segment was developed in collaboration with Deutsche Börse. It enables Bulgarian companies to trade their shares simultaneously in Sofia and on the German market for the first time. Bulgarian companies included in this segment thus gain access to a broader international investor base.
The IPO was accompanied by Wolfgang Steubing AG Wertpapierdienstleister, which also acts as designated sponsor in Xetra trading and as a specialist on the Deutsche Börse Frankfurt trading platform.
Sirma Group Holding was founded in 1992 and, according to its own information, is a software technology partner with over 33 years of experience and more than 800 employees. The company specializes in customer-specific software development, system integration, and IT consulting. Headquartered in Sofia, Sirma operates worldwide with offices in the US, UK, Germany, Albania, Romania, Brazil, and the United Arab Emirates.
