New ETFs: East Asian companies and aggregated Bonds
Three new ETFs from Amundi offer participation in East Asian companies as well as an aggregate of euro and U.S. dollar bonds.
12 April 2022. Three new exchange traded funds from Amundi Asset Management have been tradable on Xetra and via Börse Frankfurt since Tuesday.
The Amundi MSCI AC Far East Ex Japan ESG Leaders Select UCITS ETF DR - USD (C) gives investors access to large and mid-cap companies from the East Asia region, including China, Taiwan and Hong Kong, excluding Japan. The best-in-class approach is used in the selection process to track companies with comparably best ESG ratings from individual sectors and countries.
With the Amundi Index Euro AGG SRI UCITS ETF DR - EUR (D), investors* invest in euro-denominated fixed-income investment-grade bonds worldwide. The benchmark index takes into account treasury bills, government-related bonds, corporate bonds and securitized issues, which must have a minimum residual maturity of one year and a minimum outstanding volume of 300 million euros.
The Amundi Global AGG SRI UCITS ETF DR (C) allows investors to invest in fixed-income bonds denominated in different currencies worldwide, which must have an investment grade rating. The benchmark index is composed of treasury bills, government-related bonds and corporate bonds, which must have a minimum residual maturity of one year.
Issuers with business activities in tobacco, alcohol, gambling, adult entertainment, genetically modified organisms, thermal coal, oil sands and weapons are excluded.
The Amundi MSCI AC Far East Ex Japan ESG Leaders Select UCITS ETF DR - USD (C) as well as the Amundi Global AGG SRI UCITS ETF DR (C) can be traded flexibly using the same ISIN in the desired currency, Euro or US Dollar. The trading currency can be selected in each case by means of an individually assigned exchange code.
