IPO: electrovac AG joins the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

Today, the industrial and technology company electrovac AG successfully went public. The stock’s opening price was 7.50 euros. 

April 30, 2026. FRANKFURT (Deutsche Börse). As of today, electrovac AG (ISIN: DE000A420ZL4) is listed on the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The opening price of the stock was 7.50 euros.

BankM AG and B. Metzler seel. Sohn & Co. Aktiengesellschaft are acting jointly as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners. BankM is also the Designated Sponsor for Xetra trading. The specialist on the Frankfurt trading venue is Wolfgang Steubing AG Wertpapierdienstleister.

According to its own information, electrovac AG, headquartered in Salzweg, is a specialist in hermetic enclosures. The company manufactures glass-to-metal sealing products used to protect safety- and system-critical electronics. electrovac currently employs approximately 550 people at four production sites in Germany, Austria, and Thailand and supplies more than 250 customers worldwide.
