The First Trust Vest U.S. Equity Buffer UCITS ETF pursues an active investment strategy: it tracks the performance of the S&P 500 Index up to a specified cap. At the same time, the fund aims to provide loss protection (buffer) for the first 10 percent of price declines at the end of the defined target period of one calendar year. To this end, the investment management team invests the entire portfolio in FLEX options. The target outcome period begins and ends in October of each year.
The Amundi Core MSCI World UCITS ETF tracks the performance of the MSCI World Index. This currently comprises 1,320 large and medium-sized companies from developed countries worldwide. The ETF is currency-hedged against the euro.
The Middlefield Canadian Enhanced Income UCITS ETF is actively managed and invests in equities and equity-like securities of companies based in Canada and the US, including REITs. Stock selection is based on a combination of macroeconomic and fundamental analysis with the aim of identifying sectors with long-term growth potential. Up to 50% of net assets may be invested in the ten largest positions. The REIT allocation is typically between 10% and 30% of net assets.
The UBS USD Overnight Rate SF UCITS ETF tracks the performance of the SOFR reference rate. This reflects the cost of secured overnight loans in US dollars taken out by financial institutions in the US currency area. The SOFR is based on the average interest rate for transactions conducted overnight with US government bonds as collateral.
