Eight new ETFs
These investment themes expand the offering: covered call strategies—including those with weekly distributions—U.S. growth stocks, the infrastructure sector, and currency-hedged equity strategies.

- The Fidelity US Fundamental Large Cap Growth UCITS ETF is actively managed and invests primarily in large U.S. growth companies. Securities with strong investment thesis are selected and overweighted, while those considered overvalued are underweighted or avoided entirely. The selection process is based on fundamental company analysis as well as macroeconomic and quantitative valuations.
- The Weekly World Equity Income UCITS ETF is actively managed and invests globally in companies and ETFs. Recurring income is generated through systematic covered call and covered call spread strategies on individual securities and stock indices, with the strategy being flexibly adjusted to market conditions and income potential.
Newcomer der Woche: Weltaktien mit Optionsstrategie
HanETF’s Weekly World Equity Income UCITS ETF combines a globally diversified equity portfolio with an options strategy and weekly distributions. The actively managed ETF invests in companies around the globe—currently about 200—and systematically sells covered calls and covered call spreads on the stocks and stock indices. A significant portion of the returns is expected to come from the premiums on the sold options. However, the strategy limits the upside potential of the stocks during periods of strong market rallies. The ETF’s ongoing expenses are 0.50 percent.
- The Infrastructure Capital S&P 500 Option Income UCITS ETF is actively managed and invests in equities and option contracts whose economic characteristics are comparable to those of large U.S. companies. The fund aims to generate attractive current income, which is distributed monthly, while also achieving long-term capital growth through the strategic use of put and call options.
- The Allianz Smart Active series is being expanded to include two actively managed ETFs focused on the U.S. and global markets. The fund management team uses a systematic, rule-based process in which individual securities are analyzed and selected based on their attractiveness, using proprietary investment signals. Both ETFs are currency-hedged.
- The UBS Global Equity Income Plus UCITS ETF is actively managed and invests globally in stocks of small-, mid-, and large-cap companies from developed and emerging markets, including China. It aims to generate additional income by selling call options on stocks. The ETF is available in both accumulation and distribution share classes.
- The Invesco MSCI World UCITS ETF invests in a broadly diversified portfolio of large- and mid-cap companies across various sectors in 23 developed countries. The ETF's share class pays out dividends.
