Medigene AG (FWB: MDG1, General Standard) announces that the Munich Local Court has opened insolvency proceedings for the assets of Medigene AG and Medigene Immunotherapies GmbH by order dated August 1, 2025. Mr. Axel W. Bierbach, attorney at law from the law firm Müller-Heydenreich Bierbach & Kollegen, was appointed as insolvency administrator in both cases.
