On October 13, 2026 the Disciplinary Committee of Frankfurt Stock Exchange imposed an administrative fine on STRATEC SE due to a violation of Sect. 42 Paragraph1 BörsG, Sect. 51 Paragraphs1, 2 BörsO FWB. The violation concerns the 2024 annual financial report.
