Announcement by the Management Board of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange according to Sect. 50a para. 3 of the German Stock Exchange Act

On 14 July 2026 the Disciplinary Committee of Frankfurt Stock Exchange imposed an administrative fine on Mutares SE & Co. KGaA due to a violation of Sect. 42 Abs. 1 BörsG, Sect. 51 Abs. 1, 2 BörsO FWB.

The violation concerns the 2024 annual financial report.

The decision is final and conclusive.
