On 11 August 2026 the Disciplinary Committee of Frankfurt Stock Exchange imposed administrative fines on Gateway Real Estate AG due to the violations of Sect. 42 Abs. 1 BörsG, Sect. 51 Abs. 1, 2, Sect. 52 para. 1, 2 and 4, Sect. 53 para. 1, 4 and 5 Exchange Rules for the Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse.

The violations concern the 2024 annual financial report, the first quarterly statement 2025 and the 2025 half-yearly financial report.

The decision is not yet final and conclusive.

1. On April 7, 2026 Gateway Real Estate took action against the decision dated 2 March, 2026 of the Disciplinary Committee of Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

2. On March 2, 2026 the Disciplinary Committee of Frankfurt Stock Exchange imposed an administrative fine on Gateway Real Estate AG due to a violation of Sect. 42 para. 1 German Stock Exchange Act in conjunction with Sect. 51 para. 1, 2 BörsO FWB and Sect. 42 para. 1 German Stock Exchange Act in conjunction with Sect. 53 para. 1, 5 BörsO FWB. The violations concern the annual financial report for 2023 and the quarterly statement for the first quarter of 2024.
The decision is not yet final and conclusive.
